Even late at night, I'd often walk down Venice and Washington to get food, alcohol, or groceries. WebI have lived in both Studio City/Toluca Lake and Glendale with somewhat regular commutes to Culver City, leaving between 7-11a and returning between 3-7p depending on schedule. I found it faster from Glendale, the 2/5/110/10 was faster than the 101/405 and I spent less time sitting in traffic just to get onto the freeway.
