WebI solve this with Geforce Experience - I set it with it to 1920x1080 borderless window, now the blur is gone. So i think there is some config file for this. Edit 1 : nvigate to folder where is Fallout 76 installed, locate Fallout76.ini > change display settings part to your resolution and borderless. My settings below. iSize W = 1920.
